As a new and growing business, our mission is to expand and modernise the Seiko MOD market by offering carefully handcrafted timepieces that prioritise precision, durability, and consistency. RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
GMOD Watches offers a customer-focused and competitive return and warranty policy designed specifically for our automatic watches to ensure confidence with every purchase. Customers may return their automatic watch within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase. Because automatic watches can show natural signs of wear once used, returns will not be accepted for watches that show evidence of wear, resizing, scratches, impact damage, or missing components. Once the returned watch is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect. All GMOD automatic watches come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and internal mechanical movement faults that occur naturally during normal use. As these are self-winding automatic watches, the warranty applies only if the movement fails or develops a fault on its own and does not cover damage caused by drops, impacts, improper winding, water exposure due to misuse, normal accuracy variation, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by the wearer or any other person. The warranty is void if the watch has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized party. This policy ensures fair, competitive protection while clearly outlining responsible ownership of a mechanical automatic timepiece.
